European Province Workshop on: Announcing the Good News at the Service of Human Dignity

Up to 40 participants from the various regions of the province took part in the workshop. Those participating represented a rich variety of experience of ministry in the Province. With excellent facilitation and translation facilities the workshop went about its task and identified various conversations that we need to have as Marists to permit us to move forward in the ministry of announcing the Good News at the service of human dignity. These included: 1. Being a Marist in the world: unity versus uniformity; 2. Parishes: working *with* rather than *for* laity! 3. Strengthening our work: 4. Media and communications; 5. Concrete examples of social justice; 6. Strengthening unity in our own Marist community.
